What's in the can,and why.
Serra is two cans: RALLY for the day, and RESET, caffeine free, for the evening. No proprietary blends. Open any ingredient to see what it is, why it's in the can, and the research on it.
RALLYDaytime · 250 ml · sparkling
RALLY is built around focus. Caffeine, L-theanine and Panax ginseng have human trials in that area, linked below. Liquorice root is a traditional Ayurvedic ingredient, and the vitamins and electrolytes are everyday nutrients.
Caffeine is the part of RALLY you feel: 100 mg in each can, roughly what a cup of brewed coffee has. It is one of the most studied ingredients there is, mainly for alertness and attention.
The research
L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea. It's in RALLY because human trials have studied it together with caffeine for attention and mood.
