Zero-sugar energy drinks in India: what to actually look for
A genuinely good zero-sugar energy drink does three things: it skips the sugar, it names every ingredient instead of hiding behind a “proprietary blend,” and it’s honest about what it’s for. What “zero sugar” should mean
Zero sugar is the floor, not the finish line. Check what else is in the can: how much caffeine it carries, and whether each ingredient is named. Serra RALLY and RESET are both zero sugar. RALLY has 100 mg of natural caffeine in each can; RESET has none.
Named ingredients beat proprietary blends
